Mind Body Medicine
An integrative approach that explores the relationship between your symptoms and your psychology and how the mind and body can impact each other. This modality is useful for chronic illness and other unexplained dis-ease by exploring lifestyle factors, as well as individual beliefs and motivators that could be contributing to your lifestyle and how you show up in the world. A thorough intake process is required to map out what is happening in your body to then explore the patterns that may be contributing to your symptoms. This process allows you to take back the power of your health by shining light into the areas of your life that you are able to change.
Kinesiology
Through gentle muscle monitoring we are able to investigate what the body is finding stressful and let it guide us to the right correction it needs. You are completely in control and the body holds the insight you need in order to move forward in life. Through this process, we are able to investigate many layers that are impacting your health - structurally, biochemically, psychologically, electromagnetically and spiritually. Whether it's unresolved trauma, nervous system &, brain function, supressed emotions or spiritual disconnection, the body will navigate us though what is important for you to overcome stress. This is a very personalised process. Our bodies are all unique and we each have our own story and therefore need to be treated on an individual basis.
Self Directed Healing
Self Directed Healing is a powerful somatic process that allows you to uncover and release years of stored emotion in your body. These debilitating blocks and triggers have many different effects, from preventing positive change in your life, confidence problems, addictions, emotional or physical outbursts, relationship problems, physical pain or can even manifest as stored weight in your body. By shining lights into these emotions and learning how to process them, you are able to let go and welcome in unlimited potential in your life. You can take these skills away with you in order to work through difficult emotions and problems as they arise on your own and be empowered to heal yourself.
Limiting beliefs counselling
Feeling stuck? Motivated to change but struggling to move forward? My limiting beliefs counselling takes you on a deep dive into your subconscious mind to explore the murky waters of your limiting beliefs, giving you insight into how your motivators and patterns prevent you from achieving your goals, communicating effectively in your relationships or showing up in the world the way you most desire to.
Chloe will draw from a range of her services to best meet the needs of each induvial and what they are trying to achieve. Your first session will include a full intake to assess your main complaints to your health or the way you are experiencing life. We will assess what is at the root of these complaints to help you understand what’s driving your condition and help you set goals to overcome them. With online sessions, you also receive a summary email outlining everything we went through in your session, you patterns, your motivators and solutions as well as homework, journal prompts, affirmations and anything else I can suggest to help you meet your goals.
